Customized Sales Training

I utilize, both my academic background as well as the many years spent in sales and sales management of both products and services, to customize sales training programs to meet the needs of the clients.  I use an in-depth meeting with the client to understand their differential advantages, their market place and the training needs of their sales force. The sales force [whether it is one person or many] is given a pre-class assignment to email to me which helps me in the development of the class. They are requested to bring a copy to the class so they can immediately use the sales skills learned in their market place.
